Order Processing

Order processing commences within 1-2 working days. Please review your order details before clicking the submit button. Once your goods have been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Countries We Ship To

We ship to many countries worldwide. To check if we deliver to your desired country, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the order confirmation page.

Shipping Costs

At Aestiquo.com, shipping is free throughout Japan for orders over ¥2,480. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the order confirmation page. Shipping to other countries is currently fixed at ¥5,000 (approximately $32). We are currently seeking logistics partners; once confirmed, we will provide pricing based on actual circumstances.

Import Duties

Product prices do not include import duties (customs duties) applicable in the destination country. Please note that the amount of import duties varies by country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery typically arrives in most countries within 1 to 16 working days, depending on the destination. You can track your shipment using the tracking number displayed on your order details page.
