30-Day Returns Policy

Our 30-day returns policy applies. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility Criteria

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received (unworn and unused)
  • It must retain its tags and be in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Our Customer Service (e.g.: service@aestiquo.com) to submit your return request
  2. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions
  3. When packing the item, affixing the label, and dispatching it, you will typically send it to our nearest warehouse address.

Please note: Items returned before a return request has been submitted will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You have received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain your desired item is to return your current item and then purchase the new item separately once your return has been processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For items shipped within the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies under the following conditions:

  • Returns accepted for any reason (no justification required)
  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • Items must retain their tags and be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or other evidence) must be provided

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that refund processing may experience slight delays due to processing times by your bank or credit card company.
