As a general rule, orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have been confirmed. However, if the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. In this case, please contact customer service immediately.

About Shipping
We deliver throughout Japan (including Hokkaido and Okinawa). We also offer international shipping to some areas. Please see our shipping policy for details.
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination area and the weight and size of the product. Enter your shipping address during checkout to see the exact shipping fee. We also sometimes offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

We usually ship within 1-3 business days after confirming your order. Delivery times vary depending on your region:

- Kansai area: 2-3 business days
- Regional: 3-5 business days
- Remote islands: 5-7 business days

- Delivery to certain countries and regions is not possible
- Some products (such as products containing batteries) are subject to air transport restrictions.

Returns and Exchanges
If your product is faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving it and we will guide you through the return process. Please include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories with your return or exchange.

If the return is due to a product defect or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if you have special circumstances, please contact us separately.
About the product
The Aestiquo DVD Player comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. During the warranty period, any defects due to manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge. However, damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modification is not covered by the warranty.
Yes, the product comes with a Japanese instruction manual. A downloadable version is also available on our website. For more information, please see the product support page .
