Thank you for using Aestiquo. You may request a return or refund within 30 days of purchase.
【Return Conditions】
- Item must be in the same condition as received (unused, unopened)
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must be provided
【Return Procedure】
- Contact us at service@aestiquo.com to submit a return request
- After approval, we will email you the return address and return label
- Send the item to the designated return address
※Please note that we cannot accept items sent back before the return request is approved.
【Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items】
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@aestiquo.com. We will review the situation and respond appropriately.
【Exchanges】
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the current item and place a new order separately.
【For Customers in the EU】
For items delivered within the EU, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for any reason (cooling-off period). Original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase are required for returns.
【Refunds】
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of our refund decision. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
※While we aim to process refunds within 10 business days, most are completed faster. Actual timing may vary due to national holidays and bank processing times. After we process your refund, your credit card company or bank may take additional days to complete the transaction.
